Job Description
Job Title : Telecaller (Outbound & Inbound) – AV Solutions
Location : GN Mills, Coimbatore
Work Mode : Work from Office
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to connect with schools, dealers, and clients. Your main job will be to call leads, explain our products, and fix meetings for the sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Call schools, dealers, and potential customers
- Explain our interactive flat panel products in a simple way
- Understand customer needs and follow up regularly
- Fix appointments and demos for the sales team
- Update call details and lead status in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the team for better lead conversion
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling or sales experience
- Comfortable speaking in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
