Senior Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
• Maintain and update customer and lead details in the CRM system.
• Ensure all assigned leads are properly followed up and updated.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly call and follow-up reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Previous experience in lead follow-up and sales conversion is preferred.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Female candidates with relevant tele calling/sales experience are preferred.
