Job Summary
Jeevan Tech Digital Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically skilled and experienced Web Developer & Project Co-Ordinator to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites while coordinating projects across SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Creative and Web Development teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on web development experience, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage project timelines, team requirements, client requirements, and task execution.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
- Develop, maintain, and update responsive websites and web applications.
- Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and functionalities.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-structured code.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and other web technologies.
- Develop responsive websites compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Integrate APIs, forms, third-party services, and required website functionalities.
- Manage website databases and ensure proper data handling.
- Identify and resolve website bugs, errors, and technical issues.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, security, and SEO.
- Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and deployment activities.
- Maintain existing websites and implement updates based on business requirements.
- Use Git/GitHub or similar tools for version control.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate projects across SEO, SMM, Creative, and Web Development teams.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into actionable tasks.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, task lists, and deadlines.
- Assign and coordinate tasks with respective team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate between designers, SEO executives, social media executives, content writers, and developers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding project status.
- Identify project delays, technical issues, and resource requirements and escalate them when necessary.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate website content, design, SEO, social media, and development requirements.
- Maintain project-related documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Coordinate internal meetings and project discussions when required.
- Communicate project updates to management and relevant team members.
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Team Coordination
SEO Team
- Coordinate website SEO requirements.
- Support on-page and technical SEO implementation.
- Coordinate keyword and content requirements.
- Ensure SEO requirements are communicated to the development team.
SMM Team
- Coordinate social media campaign requirements.
- Manage landing page and website requirements.
- Provide technical support for campaigns.
- Coordinate content and promotional requirements.
Creative Team
- Coordinate website banners and graphics.
- Manage UI/UX design requirements.
- Coordinate social media creatives.
- Follow up on design revisions and approvals.
Web Development Team
- Coordinate development tasks.
- Monitor bug fixing and technical issues.
- Track website updates.
- Coordinate deployment and maintenance.
- Monitor project timelines.
- Required Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Good knowledge of WordPress – Mandatory.
- Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Good knowledge of PHP.
- Strong understanding of responsive web development.
- Good knowledge of MySQL or other databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of website hosting, domains, SSL, and deployment.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly website development.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and security.
Project Co-Ordination Skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in web development and project coordination.
- Preferred SkillsExperience working in a Digital Marketing / IT / Web Development company.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SMM processes.
- Understanding of UI/UX and creative workflows.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple teams and projects.
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience with WooCommerce is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an added advantage.
