Job Description
A Royal Enfield Service Advisor acts as the main link between motorcycle owners and the workshop, managing customer complaints, job cards, and repair updates. Key requirements include an ITI, Diploma, or Degree with good communication skills. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Greet riders, listen to bike problems, and note down service requests.
- Job Cards & Estimates: Create repair orders and explain cost estimates or routine maintenance needs.
- Workshop Coordination: Work closely with mechanics to finish repairs on time.
- Status Updates: Call customers with repair progress reports and final delivery details. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, or any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in customer handling or automobile service.
