Job Title: Store Manager at Polar Bear – Food Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the food industry to oversee daily store operations, ensure quality standards, manage staff, control inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving business targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations including sales, inventory, staff, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and schedule store staff.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, storage, and wastage control.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth store functioning.
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Experience in food industry sectors (restaurant, QSR, bakery, café, FMCG food, retail food) is preferred.
• 12th pass.and UG/Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Retail Management, or relevant field (preferred).
• Skills Required:Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Inventory and cost control expertise.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
