Tally Accountant

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Junior/Mid-Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, Tally entries, bookkeeping, and GST-related compliance.

The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally and GST filing and be able to independently handle routine accounting activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord day-to-day sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records
• Handle GST-related activities, including:
• GST data preparation and reconciliation
• GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing
• Checking purchase/sales invoices for GST accuracy
• Basic GST reconciliation and follow-up
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
• Bank reconciliation and basic ledger reconciliation
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting records
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management when required
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date
• QualificationB.Com / M.Com graduate
• Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred
• Freshers with good practical knowledge of Tally and GST may also be considered
• Required SkillsGood working knowledge of Tally
• Practical knowledge of GST and GST filing
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records

Experience1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, particularly in Tally, bookkeeping, and GST filing.
