Job Description

We are looking for a confident and organised Telecaller who can connect with prospective customers, explain chit fund schemes clearly, schedule customer appointments and maintain accurate daily reports.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make 70 valid calls per day.
  • Achieve 5 customer appointments daily.
  • Explain chit fund schemes and company rules clearly.
  • Follow up with prospects and coordinate with the BDE.
  • Submit daily call, appointment and follow-up reports.
  • Update do-not-call numbers and report progress to the Team Lead.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and office equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fluent in Tamil with clear communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
  • Good listening and customer-handling abilities.
  • Punctual, organised and target-oriented.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
