Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to find new leads and promote services.
  • Answer inbound questions and solve customer issues.
  • Follow company scripts while talking to people.
  • Update customer details and notes in a computer system (CRM).
  • Meet daily or monthly call and sales goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or basic education.
  • Good speaking and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when handling rejection.

Past experience in sales or customer service is helpful.
