Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and confident B2B Telecaller to support our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to business customers, introducing our products and services, generating new leads, and understanding customer requirements. Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers, share quotations, coordinate with the sales team, and support order conversion. Build strong professional relationships with customers and maintain accurate call and customer records. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly targets. Prior B2B sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
