• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and potential leads in Tamil.
• Explain loan and financial service products clearly to customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and identify suitable loan opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert qualified prospects into applications.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers until the lead is successfully processed.
• Maintain daily call records, customer details, follow-ups and lead status.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly call, lead and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Loan Processing teams for further processing.
• Provide accurate information and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to loan products.
• Eligibility & RequirementsTamil speaking is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computer applications.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in Telecalling, Banking, Finance, Insurance, BPO or Sales will be an added advantage.
• Any Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass can apply.
