Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

• Responsibilities
• Handle calls from social media leads and our existing database.
• Speak with prospective students and understand their course requirements.
• Explain UG & PG Distance Education courses.
• Explain LLB & LLM courses, eligibility and admission procedures.
• Build a positive relationship with students through professional communication.
• Regularly follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain proper follow-up records and update lead status.
• Follow up with existing students for document submission and admission documentation.
• Coordinate with the internal team to complete the admission process.
• Work towards assigned admission and follow-up targets.
• Requirements
• Basic communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Confident and friendly approach while speaking with students.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in telecalling, education counselling, admissions or sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
