Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller – Bank Loan Recovery / Collection

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to join our loan recovery team. The role involves contacting customers to collect overdue payments, maintaining professional communication, and ensuring timely recovery while preserving customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers with pending loan payments

- Remind and follow up on overdue EMIs and dues

- Negotiate and convince customers to make payments

- Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments

- Handle customer queries related to loan accounts professionally

- Escalate critical or non-responsive cases to field teams

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate

- Prior experience in telecalling or collections is preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

- Fluency in local language + basic English
