Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our real estate projects, generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Explain company projects, property details, pricing, offers, and payment options to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
• RequirementsAny Graduate / Diploma qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
• Tamil and English communication is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Malayalam or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
• Should be confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Should be willing to work from the Coimbatore office.
