• Explain membership benefits, accommodation, destinations, package validity, inclusions, and offers in a clear and convincing manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable holiday membership plan.
• Build strong customer rapport and establish trust during the sales presentation.
• Handle customer objections related to price, value, availability, timing, and decision-making.
• Use effective persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques to improve conversions.
• Take ownership of table-level deal closure and convert qualified prospects into confirmed memberships.
• Create urgency and communicate offers effectively while maintaining a professional customer experience.
• Follow up with customers who require additional time before making a purchase decision.
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams after successful sales closure.
• Maintain daily presentation and conversion reports.
• Work toward and achieve daily, monthly, and revenue-based sales targets.
