Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Understand customer budgets and travel preferences.
  • Recommend suitable tour packages and itineraries.
  • Prepare quotations and customized travel plans.
  • Coordinate hotel, cab, sightseeing and other bookings.
  • Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain customer and booking records.
  • Provide excellent customer support before and during the trip.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism.
  • Sales/customer-service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work with WhatsApp, Excel and basic computer applications.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
