Warehouse Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and process-driven Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves handling inventory movement, order fulfillment, and maintaining accuracy in stock and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inward and outward movement of goods with proper verification
• Perform picking, packing, and dispatch of orders as per process
• Ensure barcode labeling of all inward materials in coordination with support staff
• Maintain accurate GR Entry and Purchase Entry in the system
• Organize and reshelve items in designated storage locations
• Maintain clean and systematic storage practices for easy retrieval
• Assist in perpetual stock audits and report discrepancies
• Ensure invoice and document handling is complete and accurate
• Follow standard operating procedures for quality and error-free execution

Key Expectations:

• Attention to detail and discipline in following processes
• Basic understanding of inventory handling (ERP knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a responsible attitude
• Physical readiness to handle warehouse activities
