Work Order Executive – Sales Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Work Order Executive to join our Sales Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate production Work Orders based on customer Purchase Orders and coordinating with Sales, Inventory and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify customer Purchase Orders from the Sales team.
2. Prepare accurate Work Orders with product, size, colour, fabric and quantity details.
3. Verify Work Order quantities against customer Purchase Orders.
4. Check garment measurements, size charts, logos, embroidery and printing specifications.
5. Coordinate with Inventory for fabric, accessories and finished goods stock availability.
6. Ensure all customer requirements are clearly documented before production.
7. Coordinate with Sales and PPC for Work Order clarification and approval.
8. Maintain Work Order records, revisions and daily status reports.
9. Identify missing information and resolve discrepancies before Work Order release.
10. Ensure timely and error-free Sales-to-Production handover.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
• Experience in Work Order preparation or order processing.
• Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and fabric.
• Ability to understand size charts and quantity breakdowns.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP / Zoho software is an added advantage.
• Tamil and basic English communication skills.
