Job Description
About the role
We need a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle daily billing and accounts in our distribution office.
Responsibilities
- Create sales invoices and challans daily, with correct batch, expiry, and scheme details
- Enter purchase invoices and match them with goods received
- Maintain party-wise ledgers and prepare a weekly outstanding and ageing report
- Handle credit notes, expiry and damage returns, and supplier claims
- GST data preparation and coordination with our CA for returns
- Prepare daily sales, collection, and stock summaries for the owner
- Coordinate with the store and sales team so billing and dispatch stay on time
Requirements
- Working knowledge of billing software (Marg, Busy, Tally, or similar). Please state which one in your application
- Good typing and Excel skills
- Understanding of GST invoicing and e-way bill basics
- Pharma billing experience (batch, expiry, scheme handling) is a strong plus
- Accuracy, discipline, and willingness to follow a daily checklist
