Job Description
- 🎯 Job Responsibilities
- 📈 Achieve monthly and annual business targets for health insurance sales.
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, channel partners, and business associates.
- 👥 Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors and sales teams.
- 🚀 Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and channel development.
- 📊 Monitor team performance, sales productivity, and business growth.
- 🏥 Promote health insurance products and explain policy benefits to prospective customers.
- 💬 Ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- 📋 Maintain sales reports, business MIS, and daily activity updates.
- 🎯 Drive customer acquisition, policy renewals, and business retention.
- ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and sales guidelines.
