Job Summary:

A Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, maintaining, and organizing information in computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesEnter data into computer systems, Excel sheets, and databases.
  • Update and maintain records and documents.
  • Verify data for accuracy and correct errors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Skills

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 10th or 12th pass (depending on company requirements).
