Job Description
Skilled Electrician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Experienced in handling electrical maintenance work while following safety procedures and ensuring reliable operation of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layouts.
- Install and maintain distribution boards, circuit breakers, MCBs, DBs, and control panels.
- Test electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate testing tools.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and procedures.
- Identify damaged components and replace or repair them as required.
- Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to complete electrical work efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
