Job Description
1. Doctor Visits: Visit doctors regularly and explain company products, their benefits, indications, and dosage.
2. Product Promotion: Promote medicines and healthcare products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of product composition, indications, dosage, side effects, and advantages.
4. Generate Prescriptions: Build relationships with doctors and encourage appropriate prescriptions of company products.
5. Chemist Visits: Visit medical stores to check product availability, stock, and prescription demand.
6. Distributor Coordination: Coordinate with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability.
7. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
8. Daily Reporting: Submit daily visit reports, doctor call reports, and sales updates to the reporting manager.
9. Market Research: Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.
10. Relationship Management: Maintain good professional relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
11. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with doctors and chemists to improve product awareness and availability.
12. Meeting Attendance: Attend company meetings, product training sessions, and sales review meetings.
