Job OverviewBajaj Life Insurance is looking for motivated and result-oriented Retail Partners to build and develop a team of Insurance Consultants/Advisors and drive life insurance business.

The role involves team recruitment, onboarding, activation, training, performance management and sales development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard potential Insurance Consultants/Advisors and Retail Partners.
• Build, manage and develop a productive sales team.
• Train team members on insurance products, sales processes and customer handling.
• Generate business through the team and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and activation regularly.
• Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with team members.
• Develop customer and partner relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Support team members in customer meetings and sales closures.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory processes.
• Analyse market opportunities and implement sales and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and customer servicing.
• Work towards consistent team growth and achievement of business objectives.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
• Prior experience in insurance, banking, sales, recruitment or business development will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to recruit, motivate and manage a team.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English preferred.
