Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-Shop Sales Staff member to assist customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting the store.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and warranties.
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions effectively.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documents when required.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and stock requirements.
• Stay updated about new products, offers, and competitor activities.
• Follow company policies and sales procedures.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in retail/in-shop sales is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly and confident personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and persuade customers appropriately.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work toward sales targets.
• Willingness to learn about products and industry trends.
• Preferred CandidateSales-oriented and self-motivated.
• Presentable and professional.
• Positive attitude with good customer-handling skills.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Prior experience in retail, showroom, electronics, automobile, furniture, FMCG, or similar sales environments will be an added advantage.
