Job Summary:

Npro Agrovet Private Limited is looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to expand its market presence, develop dealer and distributor networks, promote company products, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits, customer relationship management, order generation, and market development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and other potential customers regularly.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new dealers and distributors.
• Promote the company's agrovet, animal nutrition, feed, and related products, as applicable.
• Generate orders and ensure regular product movement in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Implement sales schemes, promotional campaigns, and farmer engagement activities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collections.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
• Prepare daily sales reports, field visit reports, and customer feedback reports.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve complaints.
• Achieve assigned targets for market coverage, new customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline; candidates with an Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary, or Business background may be preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in agrovet, animal feed, agriculture, FMCG, or a related industry.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales reporting is desirable.
