Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:  Manage daily showroom operations, including inventory, displays, and staff schedules.  Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.  Monitorsales performance and implementstrategiesto improve revenue.  Assist customersin choosing mattresses and sleep solutionsthat fit their needs.  Handle customer queries, complaints, and specialrequests professionally.  Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.  Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logisticsfor timely replenishment.  Implement promotional campaigns and seasonalsales strategies.  Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.  Provide regular reportsto senior management on sales, performance, and showroom activities Additional Responsibilities:  Educate customers about mattressfeatures, materials, warranty, and care tips.  Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities(pillows, accessories, beds).  Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.  Follow up post-sale to ensure customersatisfaction and repeat business.  Coordinate with marketing team for in-store events, demos, or campaigns.
