📌 Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our network of Customer Service Points (CSPs). In this role, you will travel across your assigned territory to pitch, recruit, and onboard local grocery stores (Kirana), chemists, and business owners to act as banking agents/CSPs. You will serve as the primary link between the bank/company and local merchants, bringing digital banking and financial services to underserved areas. [1, 2]

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• CSP / Agent Acquisition: Identify, meet, and pitch to potential local shop owners and entrepreneurs to establish new CSPs within your assigned territory. [1, 2]
• Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Conduct field surveys, door-to-door visits, and map potential high-traffic areas suitable for a banking kiosk. [1, 2]
• KYC & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end documentation, physical verification, and KYC processing of selected agents according to regulatory guidelines. [1, 2]
• Product Promotion: Educate new agents on the core product offerings, including CASA account opening, money transfers, withdrawals (AEPS), micro-loans, and micro-insurance schemes. [1]
• Agent Activation & Training: Handhold new agents during setup, training them on the mobile app/web portal, biometric scanners, and customer support protocols. [1]
• Relationship & Portfolio Management: Regularly visit active CSPs to resolve operational hurdles, track transaction volumes, and drive active business participation. [1, 2]
• Reporting: Maintain daily field visit logs, update lead trackers, and submit daily sales reports (DSR) to management. [1, 2]

💼 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate degree preferred. [1, 2]
• Experience: 0 to 3 years in field sales. Experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance (MFI), Telecom distribution, or POS/QR code onboarding is a major advantage. [1, 2]
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone with a valid driving license. [1, 2]
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and local language speaking skills.
• Familiarity with using smartphone apps, Google Maps, and basic digital tools.
