We have opening for HR executive ( Payroll Executive ) Barmer & Jaislmer Rajasthan Location.
Profile - HR Executive
Role & responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself on and stay current on the taxation of salaries benefits and other factor
- Maintain and document all payroll records.
- Maintain daily attendance.
- Generate the TIC (ESIC Challan).
- Conduct semi-annual audits of all payroll records
- Reconcile general ledger with regard to payroll transactions
- Detect and process issues related to uncollected payroll
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
Skills - Payroll Processing, Attendance, Salary Processing, salary preparation, salary preparation ,statutory compliance, Payroll management/ Exit Formalities/ Statutory Areas.
