About the Role


Veda5 Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat, Rishikesh is seeking an experienced and dedicated Retreat Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional wellness experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong hotel/resort administration skills with an understanding of holistic wellness, Ayurveda, and Yoga culture to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Guest Experience & Hospitality: Deliver personalized guest care, oversee smooth check-in/check-out processes, and ensure an inspiring, high-quality, and peaceful wellness journey for every guest.
  • Wellness & Therapy Coordination: Collaborate closely with Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, and yoga instructors to effortlessly organize guest consultation schedules, therapies, yoga sessions, and daily routines.
  • Daily Operations Management: Directly supervise front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B/kitchen teams to ensure flawless operational efficiency, hygiene, and authentic Satvik dining services.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Lead, schedule, and train resort personnel in guest-centric hospitality protocols, nurturing a disciplined, positive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Issue Resolution & Feedback: Proactively address guest inquiries or concerns with warmth and efficiency, using feedback to continuously elevate overall service standards.
  • Events, Administration & Inventory: Coordinate wellness workshops and group retreats, monitor inventory levels, manage daily operational costs, and assist in administrative task execution.


Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Tourism Operations (BHM / DHM).OR Bachelor’s Degree in Ayurveda, Naturopathy, or Yoga Sciences (e.g., BAMS, B.Sc. in Yoga / Wellness) paired with strong resort management experience.


Experience:

7 to 10 years of proven supervisory/managerial experience in wellness retreats, boutique luxury resorts, or hotel operations.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Deep understanding of Ayurvedic lifestyle principles, Satvik living, and wellness operations.
