Office Calling ExecutiveWe are looking for a confident, polite, and professional female candidate to handle office calls and coordinate with customers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing office calls professionally.
• Speak with customers and clients and provide basic information about our services.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and pending requirements.
• Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and management teams.
• Respond to customer queries and ensure timely communication.
• Make regular follow-up calls and update the status of each enquiry.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication style.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and polite while speaking on calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / WhatsApp.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Freshers can also apply; prior calling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Presentable, responsible, and comfortable working in an office environment.
