Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our team as Trainee Technicians – Car Detailing. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training, where you'll learn professional vehicle detailing techniques, including exterior and interior cleaning, paint preparation, polishing, and surface protection.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior foam washing, pressure washing, rim cleaning, and scratch-free drying using microfiber techniques.
- Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, upholstery, dashboards, trunk areas, and leather surfaces.
- Assist senior technicians with surface preparation, masking, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and PPF installation support.
- Operate and maintain detailing equipment such as polishers, vacuum cleaners, sprayers, and other workshop tools.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the detailing bay while ensuring all work meets quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 12th Pass or pursuing/completed an undergraduate degree in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome. Complete on-the-job training will be provided.
- Minimum age: 20 years.
- Passion for automobiles and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical fitness for workshop operations.
- Available to work full-time and learn modern automotive detailing technologies.
