Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
  • Explain product details, prices, making charges, offers, and schemes.
  • Handle sales enquiries and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery items.
  • Build good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
  • Handle billing and basic sales documentation when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the showroom.
  • Follow company sales policies and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Presentable personality and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery is preferred.
  • Previous jewellery/showroom sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Fresher candidates with good communication skills may also apply.
