About the role
We're looking for cheerful, energetic individuals to join our team at Snowy Owl Gelato Co. If you love food, enjoy working with people, and take pride in keeping things neat and running smoothly — we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll do
Food assembly & serving
Prepare and serve gelato, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items with care and consistency.
Customer handling
Greet customers warmly, assist with flavour choices, address queries, and ensure a delightful in-store experience.
Billing
Handle orders and billing accurately using the POS system; manage cash and digital payments responsibly.
Store maintenance
Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout the day — including display cases, counters, and seating.
What we're looking for
Pleasant, friendly attitude with a passion for good food and hospitality
Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail store is a plus
Punctual, reliable, and attentive to hygiene and cleanliness
