Job Description

Job: Merchandiser cum Ethnic Retail Sales (Female)

Location: Malsi, Dehradun


We are hiring a smart, well-spoken female candidate for our ethnic wear retail store. Role involves both merchandising and direct sales.


What we need:

  • Female candidates only
  • 2+ years of experience in retail sales/merchandising (ethnic wear preferred)
  • Good communication skills — should be able to talk confidently with customers
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing (posting products on Instagram/Facebook, engaging with customers online)
  • Smart, presentable, and sharp — should be able to handle store visual merchandising (display, arrangement) along with sales
  • Should be comfortable with day-to-day store operations, stock handling, and customer service
