About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Educational Counselor for our MBA and under graduate programs. The candidate will be responsible for guiding 12th pass students and Graduates for UG and MBA admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling & Admission:

• Counsel student and parents for MBA (All Specializations) and UG programs like BBA, BCA B.TECH.
• Understand students 's profile, career goals and suggest best-fit program.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, scholarship, placement records.

Lead Handling & Conversion

• Handle inbound leads from website, IndiaMART, Justdial, Social Media, Referrals.
• Make outbound calls and do rigorous follow-ups to convert leads into walk-ins and admissions.
• Conduct Face-to-Face and telephonic counseling sessions.

End-to-End Admission Process:

• Assist students with application from filling, entrance exams (CAT/MAT/CUET etc..), GD/PI prepration.
• Coordinate with academic and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
• Maintain admission records and documentation.

Target & CRM Management :

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
• Update CRM daily with accurate lead status, call remarks and follow ups dates.
• Generate referrals from existing admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate / MBA preferred.

- Minimum 1 year experience in MBA / UG / PGDM admission counseling is MUST.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation and closing skills.

- Knowledge of MBA colleges, specializations, and career scope after MBA/UG.

- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and CRM.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates from Greater Noida / Noida with EdTech / University / College background will be preferred.

- Female candidates preferred for counseling role (if applicable to you).
