Role OverviewWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our sales team in Dehradun.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, generating leads, and promoting The Earth Kraft's premium architectural and building-material solutions.

Dehradun will be the base location, with regular travel for client meetings and business development activities across Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, calls, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
• Conduct regular client visits and business development activities.
• Travel from the Dehradun base to Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Rishikesh for client meetings.
• Identify and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, retailers, and direct buyers.
• Present and pitch The Earth Kraft's product range and solutions.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email, including sharing product catalogues and quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer updates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
• Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to the reporting manager.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMBA / Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• For Senior Sales Executive, relevant sales/business development experience will be preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular intercity travel.
• Willingness to travel to Saharanpur, Haridwar, and Rishikesh as required.
• Own two-wheeler preferred for local and nearby client visits.
• Experience in building materials, construction, architectural products, interiors, façade, or related industries will be an added advantage.
