About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to promote and sell our educational courses, including CAD/CIT programs. The candidate will act as a student advisor, understand their career goals and learning requirements, recommend suitable courses, and convert prospective students into enrolled participants.

Key Responsibilities-

• 📞 Generate and qualify leads through inbound calls, web inquiries, and marketing events.
• 🎯 Understand students’ needs, learning preferences, and career aspirations.
• 📚 Explain and promote suitable courses, their benefits, and career opportunities.
• 💬 Handle student queries and objections related to courses, fees, and the enrollment process.
• 🤝 Build strong relationships and trust with prospective students.
• ✅ Convert qualified leads into course enrollments and achieve individual sales targets.
• 💳 Explain available offers or flexible payment options, where applicable.
• 🖥️ Maintain accurate student and enrollment records in the CRM.
• 📈 Consistently work towards and exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills — fluent English is a must.
• Strong active listening and presentation skills.
• Positive, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to understand student requirements and build rapport quickly.
• Sales experience or knowledge of sales techniques will be an advantage.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in the education/training industry will be an added advantage.
