Job Description
- Balance Sheet Preparation & Finalization – Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow statements. Ensure timely closing of books.
- GST Compliance & Notices – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, annual returns. Handle GST notices (DRC-01, ASMT-10 etc.), coordinate with GST consultants.
- TDS Compliance – Deduction, deposit, filing of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q), issue Form 16 & 16A.
- Income Tax Compliance & Notices – Advance Tax, Return filing, replies to notices (Section 133(6), 143(2), 142(1), 156), coordinate with CA for assessments/appeals.
- Payroll Management – Monthly payroll for security guards, cleaning staff, office team; PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Law compliances.
- Billing & Receivables – Client invoicing, payment follow-up, client account reconciliation.
- Vendor Payments & Reconciliation – Vendor bill processing, timely payments, bank reconciliation, cash management.
- Audit & Reporting – Statutory, Internal & GST Audit coordination; MIS reports, project-wise profitability statements.
- Other Responsibilities – Accounting in Tally Prime/ERP, fixed assets & inventory accounting.
- Branch Accounting
- Overall Manage the Account department & Team.
