Accountant

- Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Record daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, bank receipts, vendor payments, and journal vouchers accurately in Tally / ERP software.

-Invoicing & Billing: Issue accurate customer GST tax invoices, debit/credit notes, and stock transfer documentation in accordance with corporate policies.

-Ledger Reconciliation: Perform routine reconciliations of Accounts Payable (Vendors) and Accounts Receivable (Customers). Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) to ensure system ledger entries accurately match bank account statements.

-Petty Cash Management: Manage daily petty cash funds, verify physical cash vouchers, ensure proper approval workflows, and maintain cash expense ledgers.

-Statutory Compliance Support: Assist in consolidating monthly GST tax data (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B registers, GSTR-2B ITC matching) and compiling TDS deduction records on vendor payments.

- Document & File Archiving: Maintain organized physical and digital records of vouchers, purchase orders, vendor invoices, e-Way bills, and bank statements for seamless audit readiness.
