Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Maintain and update sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.

Manage Tally Prime/ERP accounting software, including ledger creation and maintenance.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Track customer and vendor outstanding payments and follow up for payment status.

Prepare and maintain bank, cash, vendor, and customer ledgers.

Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in GST-related accounting and compliance, including purchase/sales data and reconciliation.

Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation/compliance.

Verify invoices, bills, payment documents, and supporting records.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Prepare periodic MIS and accounting reports as required by management.

Use MS Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and maintaining financial records.

Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, and external accountants/consultants when required.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Assist management with financial data and other accounting-related requirements.
