Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day billing, accounts and financial records for our growing FMCG business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales bills, invoices and purchase bills.
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses and payments.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets for sales, purchases, stock and expenses.
- Track receivables and payables.
- Reconcile bank and UPI transactions.
- Maintain GST-related records and coordinate with the CA when required.
- Prepare basic monthly sales, expense and outstanding reports.
- Organise and maintain invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoices and bookkeeping.
- Good numerical and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing will be an advantage.
