Job Description
QualifyEd Academy is expanding its counselling team, and we’re looking for 3 Tele Counselors who can connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right professional course.
💼 Position: Tele Counselor📍 Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi
👥 Vacancies: 3
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000/month
🕐 Experience: Minimum 1 year
🎯 Who We’re Looking ForCandidates with experience in education, professional courses, EdTech, skill development, or training institutes will be preferred.
You should be confident in:
- 📞 Handling inbound & outbound student enquiries
- 🎓 Counselling students for Digital Marketing, AI & Performance Marketing courses
- 🔍 Understanding a student's career goals and recommending the right program
- 💬 Building trust and effectively communicating course value
- 📊 Following up with leads and maintaining accurate counselling remarks
- 🤝 Converting qualified leads into admissions
- 💡 Explaining course structure, fees, benefits, career opportunities & placement support
- 🔄 Managing follow-ups professionally without being pushy
