AI Business Development & Automation SpecialistWe are looking for a motivated, AI-focused professional to help us build and grow our business remotely.

This is not a traditional sales or data-entry role. You will use AI tools, research, automation, and creative problem-solving to identify potential employers, find business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and improve our business-development processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Research European companies and identify potential employer opportunities.
• Find companies that have genuine hiring or workforce needs.
• Research HR managers, recruiters, business owners, and other decision-makers.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI-powered research tools.
• Build and improve AI workflows, skills, and automation systems.
• Generate, verify, organize, and qualify business leads.
• Help develop outreach and business-development strategies.
• Test AI systems and continuously improve their results.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes.
• Track results and provide clear reports and recommendations.

• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new AI tools quickly.
• Business-development or sales experience is a plus.
