Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and build lasting client relationships in the marketing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

·        End-to-End Sales: Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to final conversion and onboarding.

·        Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction.

·        Negotiation & Deal Closure: Successfully negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

·        Presentations & Pitching: Deliver compelling product and service presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.

·        Market Research & Strategy: Identify emerging market trends, competitor insights, and new business opportunities within the marketing sector.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to align campaign deliverables with client expectations.

Key Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree (Graduate) in any discipline is mandatory.

·        Proven track record in B2B or B/C sales within the marketing domain.

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·        Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution abilities.

·        Proactive mindset with strong time management and organizational skills.
