Job Description
Key Focus Area: Requires excellent core knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines, classical herbs, formulations (Dravyaguna), and treatment lines to handle patient inquiries flawlessly over the phone.
Core Duties: Managing inbound/outbound tele-consultations, diagnosing symptoms, prescribing the correct corporate lines of Ayurvedic medicines, and successfully converting conversations into medication sales.
Corporate Framework: Standard day shift operation (10 AM - 7 PM) operating under a rotational off structure within a high-growth BPO corporate environment.
