Back Office Executive

1. Production Management

• Coordinate with tailors and karigars for smooth production flow
• Monitor daily production targets and timelines
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained

2. Attendance & Workforce Management

• Maintain daily attendance of tailors and staff
• Track leaves, working hours, and productivity
• Allocate work based on production requirements

3. Hiring & Vendor Coordination

• Hire and onboard skilled tailors as per requirement
• Maintain relationships with tailors and vendors
• Coordinate for timely production and deliveries

4. RTO (Return to Origin) Handling

• Track RTO orders and maintain proper records
• Coordinate with logistics partners for resolution
• Identify recurring issues and report them

5. Order Packaging & Dispatch

• Supervise packaging and quality checks of orders
• Ensure proper labeling and timely dispatch
• Coordinate with courier/logistics teams

6. Inventory & Stock Management

• Maintain stock records (raw materials & finished goods)
• Monitor inventory levels and update regularly
• Conduct periodic stock checks

7. Customer Care Management

• Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, exchange, and returns
• Provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internally to resolve complaints efficiently
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
