Job Description

Requirement – B.Pharm / D.Pharm Tender ExecutiveWe are looking for a B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualified candidate for handling medical/pharmaceutical tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search and identify relevant medical/pharmaceutical tenders on GeM and other government tender portals.
  • Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, specifications, BOQ and terms & conditions.
  • Prepare complete tender documentation and ensure all required documents are available.
  • Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within the prescribed timeline.
  • Coordinate for quotations, product specifications, certificates, authorizations and other tender-related documents.
  • Track tender status, corrigendums, bid results and further requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and follow up until finalization.

Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm

Experience: Candidates with experience in GeM / Government Medical Tenders will be preferred.

Interested candidates may share their CV/resume along with expected salary and relevant tender experience.
