Job Description
The BPO Tele caller will handle inbound and outbound calls for the company, resolve customer queries, provide information about products and services, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through their polite and efficient service.
- Responsibilities Handle and respond to inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the database
- Meet individual and team targets and performance metrics
- Coordinate with other team members and departments for issue resolution
