Job Description

About the Role: We are hiring a result-oriented Business Development Associate for PARIKSHIT Erector to drive business growth in the telecom sector, expand into new circles for clients like Indus Towers, coordinate with SCM teams, and acquire work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regular meetings with Circle Heads, SCM, Procurement, and Project heads of Indus Towers and major TowerCos.
  • Handle vendor onboarding and empanelment to register the company as an approved vendor in new circles.
  • Drive circle expansion, manage RFQs, submit commercial bids, and negotiate rates for formal approvals.
  • Follow up post-approval with SCM to maximize Work Order (PO) allocations for telecom site projects.

Technical Domain Knowledge: Candidates must have field understanding and knowledge of:

  • Tower Installation & Erection (GBT & RTT)
  • Tower Maintenance & Site Upgrades
  • Tower Dismantling & De-commissioning
  • Tenancy Sharing / Collocation Projects

Requirements:

  • Prior experience or active connections within Indus Towers (Circle Offices & SCM/Procurement departments) is mandatory.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure, Vendor Management.
  • Willingness to travel across regional circles as required.
