Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Business Development Lead
Designation: Assistant Vice President / Vice President
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Okhla, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients across FinTech, Banking and Financial Services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial discussions to negotiations and deal closure.
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in Risk, Compliance and Operations.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client challenges and present AI-powered Risk & Compliance solutions.
- Work closely with founders and delivery teams to ensure client success.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of hands-on B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
- Must have experience in the Finance domain, preferably FinTech, Banking or Financial Services.
- SaaS or services sales background.
- Strong new client acquisition and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Male candidates preferred.
- Candidates based in Delhi or Mumbai.
Work Location: Okhla, New Delhi.
Preferred: Experience selling Risk & Compliance solutions or helping FinTech/Payment companies get empanelled with banks.
